Education in spiritual values in Bharatanatyam.
Natyaswara aims at propagating ancient art forms of India to students in the community and educate, elevate and entertain every student through the universal language of dance,and make every student a beautiful artist by bringing out their best.

Students are taught life lessons of developing a strong work ethic and commitment to learning which helps them balance their mental and physical well-being through the medium of arts.Also,Enriching the awareness about the rich Indian tradition through various concerts, community activities, and lecture demonstrations.

The aim is to create a performing artiste out of every student who joins the school. This entails not only learning body movements but also the techniques of stage craft, developing a stage personality and self-confidence and ultimately becoming a dance person. Our classical arts have a sacred element and so there are expectations in learning a classical art. Successful student have demonstrated the following and reached graduation called Arangetram.

  • Families are expected to respect the art they are learning.
  • Families are expected to treat dance as a serious form of education.
  • Families are expected to encourage and motivate the students in the learning art.
  • A deep and abiding devotion to Hindu Philosophy, religion and respect for the classical arts and tradition is required.
  • Commitment, hard-work and dedication are required.
